A selfie where I’m not drenched in sweat for a change!! I’m happy bc my legs are feeling MUCH better and I ran a sub-30 minute for 3 miles yesterday for the first time in a couple months! Utah decided to invite winter finally which I’m super bummed about but I will trudge through the snow this week to get my miles in 🙌🏻 Also, in my pursuit to eat healthier I have been trying to give up soda. My cravings are SO STRONG it’s the worst!! Any soda drinkers out there??? How do you deal??
